What areas do you cover?
For regular weekly cleaning or gardening we cover all of Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding local area. For bigger one off jobs we will go a bit further afield if necessary.

What are your working hours?
The standard hours are 9:00 until 17:00, Monday to Saturday.  We will work Sundays and Bank Holidays if absolutely necessary or in an emergency but charge an extra 50% on our hourly fee.

Do you bring your own products and equipment or do we need to provide our own?
We have found that customers regularly prefer to provide their own products, as they often like specific things used on parts of their house, but if necessary we can bring our own for an extra charge of 2 per visit. All products and equipment are provided as standard with our End of Tenancy and Deep Cleans.

How many cleaners will it take to clean my property?
Regular domestic cleaning is usually performed by one of us, but we will both come for End of Tenancy cleans.

Do you have a minimum length of visit?
Yes, we have a minimum time of one hour per visit, depending on what you require.

Is it a problem if I have pets in the house?
No, we are both animal lovers.

Do I have to wait in for you to arrive or can I leave my key with you?
We do have a key holding policy, so we can visit while you are at work or otherwise unavailable.

How do I pay?
Payment is usually made by bank transfer or cash, although cheques are accepted.  For regular cleaning or gardening, we can send an invoice, either by post or email, to be paid at the end of every month if you prefer.

Are you insured?
Yes, our public liability insurance is up to the value of 1,000,000. We also have product liability insurance and a key holding policy.

Do I get locked into a contract?
No, for domestic cleaning we simply charge by the hour, and are very flexible with changing times and cancellation.

Do you clean windows?
Yes we do clean the insides of windows as part of our End of Tenancy Cleaning service, but there is a height restriction on this task as we are only insured to clean at normal window height without the use of ladders (or any other instrument to increase height) and cleaning poles.

Do you clean ovens?
Yes we do, however this is charged separately from regular cleaning, or can be included as part of the End of Tenancy or Deep Cleaning package.
